Precious Beauty Mornington Peninsula
Mornington Peninsula Precious Beauty are specialists in skinscare, anti-aging, beauty and relaxation treatments. The founder of Mornington Peninsula Precious Beauty, Debby, is a passionate advocate for organic, natural and sensitive skin care treatments.
Project Launched: November 2024
Project Requirements: New Website Design, Increase SEO, and E-Commerce
Precious Beauty wanted to move platforms from Wix to WordPress so their audience could see all the treatments and Precious Beauty is able to sell their treatments online.
Precious Beauty is located on the Mornington Peninsula, at the beach-side suburb of Mornignton. Precious Beauty wanted to keep the previous website’s sunset theme as the beauty space is close to beautiful beaches and the coastal sunsets.
The images and icons used for this design were a mixture of some sourced from copyright sites, the clients own before and after images from treatments, and content from the previous website.
Mornington Peninsula Precious Beauty wanted to change how they offer payments to their clients, so we set up all of their treatments online so their clients can purchase via paypal, credit card or Pay in 4 if they want a payment plan.
We added many buttons around the website that direct clients to the online store and purchase products form the treatments page.
I created a bold yet simple, easy-to-navigate layout for the Mornington Peninsula Precious Beauty team that allowed their brand personality + styles clear to their audience and attract a younger demographic with their redesign.
Their website was already using WordPress so I created a test version to build their new website while keeping their current website live. Then during launch week we hid the website behind a “Coming Soon” page and transferred their new website design across. This allowed the Mornington Peninsula Precious Beauty team to test the new website before going live. I trained the team on how to use their new WordPress CMS + how to update their website content.
Mornington Peninsula Precious Beauty went through a bold re-brand and created marketing collateral with these styles, so creating a website design concept was easy to develop.
I designed a layout that showed their information clearly while also looking modern and easy for their audience to use. As their brand colours are black, white and red, my biggest challenge was using these colours without creating a design that would overwhelm their audience.
I worked with Mornington Peninsula Precious Beauty on SEO Strategies before engaging with them for their new website design, so we had a good SEO base before starting. With this design, the main areas i wanted to focus on were the fresh content across webpages, treatments and products; while applying on-page and technical SEO to their new website design.
Mornington Peninsula Precious Beauty made it clear they wanted email marketing integrated into their website, their Instagram feed to encourage click-throughs and new followers. They always wanted to allow their audience to buy their products on social media by creating a product feed link between their social media and their website.
All of these strategies allow their audience to connect with them easily while being able to purchase their products no matter which platform their audience is using.
It also allows Mornington Peninsula Precious Beauty the ability to remind their audience of the products and services they provide, and encourage new and repeat sales from their audience.
N
Mornington Peninsula Precious Beauty made their first sales within 2 days of their new website launching.
N
Clients have been thrilled by the different payment options such as ApplePay and PayPal Pay in 4 so they can simply purchase treatments and flexibly pay over 4 weeks, if needed.
N
In the first week of being live, the website gained double the traffic than it previously did when it was on Wix.
“Thank you Natalie Faith Web Designs. I am absolutely thrilled with my new website, you listened to my design criteria but added so much more. My clients young and older will find this [website] easy to navigate, so will their families when purchasing gift cards, Silk products and treatments. I highly recommend Natalie, she is enthusistic, very artistic and just so easy to work with.”

Montmorency Osteopathic Clinic
Montmorency Osteopathic is a beautiful little private clinic located in on the leaft streets of Montmorency. It speciliases in treating bodily aches and pains, and has an on-site, plus online store, where you can purchase items that will make you feel better from home.
Project Launched: December 2022
Project Requirements: Design, On-Page SEO, and E-Commerce
Montmorency Osteopathic Clinic wanted a website that able to adapt to her business as it grew and changed.
The Monty Osteopathy had an idea of the colours & images they wanted to be present throughout the design and shared this content with me to use. They used soft pinks and peaches to attract women and show that its a soft and warming space.
Dana had two photoshoots prior to engaging with me so I had imagery that were of Dana herself and of her at work so a range of images can show her future clients what to expect prior to engaging with her. We also used icons to describe the types of servcies they offer their clients.
Dana wanted to display the many complimentary products she offers to her clients to be available online for them to purchase post-consultation or if they wanted to view products prior to coming for a consult to purchase at the clinic.
Dana wanted to make it easy for her clients (new & current) to book a consult with her, or one of her staff at the Montmorency Osteopathic Clinic.
And another call-to-action that encouraged website visitors to go to their online store, view their products and buy them online.
I created an open & engaging design that was clean layout and kept navigation obvious. I built Dana’s new website on WordPress as its able to adapt to her business as it changes and grows.
I built her new website behind a “Coming Soon” page allowing Dana the opportunity to review the updates in her website design while still getting leads and client bookings while the website is being built.
We used WooCommerce for her online store so she was able to take payments direct to her account from PayPal, Stripe, GPay, ApplePay or EFT.
Once launched, I trained Dana how to use their new WordPress CMS and the Divi theme.
The Monty Osteo needed some identifiable font & colour styles for their website and soft, warm pinks and peaches were used to create a warm and engaging brand style for their marketing.
With this design layout and using keywords specific for Monty Osteo we initally focused on-page SEO and getting the foundations right and then once launched we added the technical SEO elements to appease Google.
We integrated Monty Osteo’s other marketing platforms like email and Instgram to the website so new visitors coming from search can choose a marketing platform that they can keep up to date on Monty Osteo’s updates.
They wanted to promote these products on social media & allow their audience to buy from the posts via their website.
N
Dana loved the outcome of her website and had minimal edits from inital design to going live. This meant her website was able to go live within in 4 weeks.
N
Dana felt confident to make updates to her website, using WordPress and the divi theme to make updates.
N
Gets an average of one hundred (100) clicks each month to their website.
N
Feels confident to market her business now she has a website that looks professional, and represents her brand well online.
“Natalie was excellent to deal with, she took the time to listen to my website ideas and came up with something better than I imagined. I highly recommend Natalie Faith Web Designs.”

Beingwell Healthcare inspires people of all ages to make a commitment to healthy and happier living, by turning hopes and intentions into the highest enjoyment of life. Located off Chapel Street in Prahran, they specialise in a range of health-related services from chriopractic, sports physio, naturopathy, physcology and skincare.
Project Launched: November 2020
Project Requirements: Website Design, On-Page SEO & Increase Bookings
Beingwell wanted a website re-design that showed their new branding styles, while allowing it to show the new services they provides for their customers. Ready for a new evolution of their business and it’s growth.
Beingwell wanted an art deco meets scandenavian, resort-feel for their website that will be able to give their audience the feeling of what it would be like to be at Beingwell.
The Beingwell team had already had a photoshoot prior to engaging with me, and requested headshot images from all staff members so they could be included on the website.
It was important to have the website linked to their CRM booking platform, event schedule and exercise class platform, so their audience can easily book in to any of their healthcare services.
Beingwell wanted it to be super easy for their audience to book in with them and reduce their admin tasks from doing this manually.
I worked very closely with Vaughne and Anthony on the design and development on the website to ensure the look feel and content was accurate to what they wanted. I mocked up 4 versions of the design before creating the final design.
As Beingwell had a few photoshoots over the years and a recent photoshoot prior to us working together I had quite a few images to choose from to bring their vision, look and feel of the website to life.
The Beingwell team expressed that they were fielding calls and emails from their clients throughout the day and wanted to simplify this process. We add a “book now” button and “Make an Enquiry” button in obvious easy to see places of the website to assist their audience in booking in a time themselves and reducing the time spent on this task for the staff.
We also linked up Beingwell’s event booking platform and their exercise class booking platform too, so clients can easily do this themselves.
N
They have a website that best represents their business and brand personality. With soft tones, visuals of their locations, and a list of all the services they provide, in a clear and easy to navigate format.
N
They’ve been able to focus on what matters in their business now that their internal systems have been simplified, and making it easy for their audience to book online.
N
They get 1,270+ monthly clicks to their website straight from google search, with most results going to their homepage, about and contact page. All by Australian customers and a small majority more using their mobile to find them over desktop or laptop users.
N
The Beingwell team feel confident to edit and amend the website so it stays up to date, by themselves, and only occasionally check-in with Natalie if they want to edit something they haven’t before.
“You are a star!!! Thank you so much. Your videos are also so straight forward and digestible for a tech flunk like me.”
Vaughne, Beingwell

Red Roo Australia approached me to update their website with their new bold branding, add new ecommerce features and SEO strategies to the new website.
The Red Roo Australia Team had a recent brand refresh and wanted this to be reflected online. They had developed big, bold brand styles to make them stand out from their competitors.
Although Red Roo Australia already had some images that showcased their products, we sources some high resolution images for their front slider, webpages + products.

Red Roo Australia had a vision for their website menu + online store display.
As they have many products they wanted to display and share with their audience, they wanted to find an easy way to display this content.
They wanted to make it easy for their audience to buy their products and connect with them on social media + purchase items from social media.
