Hassett is a boutique recruitment firm who pride themselves on being engaging, genuine and personal. Located on Flinders Lane, Melbourne between Degraves and Elizabeth streets, their recruitment agency specialise in senior and junior recruitment of accounting and finance, executive, sales and marketing, professional, operational, technology and human resources sectors.
Project Launched: May 2019
Project Requirements: Design, On-Page SEO & Increase Sales
Hassett Recruitment Firm approached Natalie to update their website to include the firms new branding, boost SEO, minimise unnecessary pages and add videos to their webiste.
The Hassett Team expressed they wanted a full website refresh. They’d been working with a graphic designer and simplified their brand styles to reflect their Degraves Street location in Melbourne.
Hassett Recruitment Firm previously had stock images on their website and they wanted new images of their new office and staff, as they had new staff start and leave since their last team photos.
As Hassett is a recruitment agency they wanted to show new jobs on their website and allow candidates to apply for these jobs, with a doc, pdf or video.
The Hassett Team told me that their old website doesn’t make it easy for their clients or candidates to contact them, and wanted to make this process easier.
I created a beautiful clean easy-to-navigate layout for the Hassett team that showed their new brand colours, style and personality. I built their website using WordPress as it allows them to easily self-manage their website, something they expressed they wanted to do. I trained the team on how to use the WordPress CMS to update their website content.
Hassett Recruitment Firm went through a re-brand prior to engaging with me, I created a layout that presented their information clearly and also showed their brand personality. As their brand colours are black and white, I introduced some grey hues to soften the website so it felt warm and welcoming, like you feel when you meet the team.
I hired a photographer to take photos of the team and office to use across their website. These images really helped to show Hassett’s personality and their Degraves st vibe.
Hassett Recruitment Firm had an established SEO presence on search engines, but they wanted it to increase so they could attract more of their ideal audience. I optimised their website page copy and set up pages correctly for SEO.
All their new images were optimised using thier keywords to attract more website visitors, clients and candidates.
For their website I created two call to action buttons on the front page so visitors can find the information they want as quickly as possible. There is a “Call the Team” button and a “Visit the Assignments page” button.
Every page has a contact form and clients can sign up to their newsletter to so they can see new jobs once they’re uploaded.
Plus, adding “upload a video resume” option, so their candidate’s job application stood out in comparision to other applicants.
N
After adding the feature “upload a video resume” Hassett shared with me this feature had been successful for their candidates, using it during the first one week after the website went live, and the clients gaining jobs quickly.
N
Hassett Recruitment Firm saw their website visitation increase from search engines, and found they didn’t have to work quite so hard online and offline marketing to gain new clients and candidates.
N
They gained an increase in enquiries from their website that they had to hire an assistant to help answer and forward enquiries to the correct recrutiment specialist.
N
They feel proud sharing their webiste with their dream audience and receieved lots of compliments regarding their new website after it launched from many of their clients.
“Nat was great to deal with and brought the simple, uncomplicated, vision I had for our website redevelopment to life. She is easy to work with and very talented.”
Grace Daniell, Hassett Recruitment Firm

Casa Andreoli Holiday Retreats is a beautiful accommodation option with three properties located in the region of Umbria. Located 2 hours from both Florence and Rome, Casa Andreoli Holiday Retreats provides the perfect escape for travellers looking for your next Italian holiday.
Project Launched: July 2019
Project Requirements: Design, On-Page SEO & Increase Sales
Trish, the owner of Casa Andreoli Holiday Retreats wanted a website re-design that represented her business, develop a logo, increase visibility on search engines, making booking the accommodation easier, and more images of the property, surroundings and nearby attractions.
Trish wanted to update her websites fonts, colours and logo to reflect her brand and give her online presence an Italian feel. The owner sketched her logo, and I formatted the logo and added it to her website.
Trish had an array of great photos from of her property, the local area and nearby attractions that she wanted to display on her website. I re-formatted, renamed and uploaded her images onto her new website.
Trish also wanted to simlify her accommodation booking system and make availability visible to her customers, making it easier for them to book.
Trish wanted to make it easier for her customers to contact her directly, book a date and pay for her accommodation efficiently.
I worked very closely with Trish on the design and development on the website so it was easy for her to use and that it represented her website well. During this process we tried a few different accommodation booking platforms and choose one that was easy for both clients and owner to use.
Trish had many great images of her property, the local area and nearby attractions from her frequent trips there. These are great and were great to show her audience what it would be like to holiday here. We displayed them in different formats across her website from still images to slide shows.
I simplified the booking system on the Casa Andreoli Holiday Retreats website. Changing it from a contact form on her website, to showing her booking calendar so they could see what dates were available. We also made it super easy for clients to call Trish directly to book their holiday.
N
The final design had the look and feel Trish was wanting for her website and how to show her accommodation option to her audience.
N
Trish had an accommodation booking not long after her new website launch.
N
Trish is able to share new bookings with her team over in Italy, easy with the system we created, so they knew when new guests were checking in and checking out.
N
The design made it easy for her clients to contact her to enquire or book her accommodation by having a “book now” and “Call …” button on all pages.
N
The design encorporated her hand-sketched drawing of the main house in the Italian countryside as a custom logo on the website and to identify the brand.
“Natalie helped get my webiste looking how I imagined. It now has an Italian feeling in the design that I was looking for, and I’m able to show my customers photos of the accommodation and local attractions. She also set up a booking system so my team in Italy can see when guests are checking in and out. I highly recommend Natalie.”

Agas Plumber is a service-based company which specialises in the repair, replacement, and installation of gas hot water, gas heating and cooling and gas pool and spa appliances on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria.
Project Launched: November 2018
Project Requirements: Design, On-Page SEO & Increase Sales
Geoff from Agas Plumber contacted me to give his website an update to reflect his businesses re-branding, increase customer enquiries and reduce their monthly Google Ad spend.
Geoff was interested in having a website refresh. He wanted a summary section on his front page to feature his popular customer services. While also, making it easy for his customers to see what he does, how they can book his services and where he’s located.
The website needed some fresh, new high-resolution images that connected with his target audience, and show them which services he offers and how he can help them. Also Geoff had a headshot image on his webiste, and wanted to keep it for his new website too.
As Geoff works on the road from job to job, he wanted an easy way for his customers “call now” button on his website was super important. He wanted it to be easy for customers to call him and to book in his services.
w
Geoff wanted to be able to answer his customers most common questions while they were browsing his website, before they contact him, so we created an FAQ Page.
I created a beautiful, simple layout for Agas Plumber using WordPress. This will allow Geoff to self-manage his website, uploading new images, refreshing text, and other features as his business grows.
Agas Plumber was re-branded in July 2018, and subsequently needed a new website to reflect the new brand styles. I designed a website that used these new styles, and a sophisticated, clean layout.
As Agas Plumber has been online for many years they have an established online presence on search engines. We wanted to boost it further by adding SEO keywords and tags to his new website content.
As Geoff is a small business owner I wanted to help him reduce his marketing costs while maintaining his current SEO presence and business engagement.
I made it super easy for Geoffs client’s to contact him by having a “call now” button in the header of his website so it appears on every page, and adding a contact form on each service page.
N
The project met each objective Geoff identified and took his offline brand styles online, so his clients can identify his brand from his business cards and van, to his website and online presence.
N
Agas Plumber’s established online + offline presence coupled with an SEO keywords throughout all of his new website.
N
I regularly follow up with Geoff to see how his website is performing, and he shared he has reduced his Google Ad spend by AUD$400 per month because the SEO strategy we used on his website has attracted so many new clients that he can’t keep up with demand & is booked out for months in advance.
N
Since the redevelopment and launch of the new website, Geoff has noticed that the SEO keywords we integrated into his website attracted new clients and boosted his visibility on search engines by 8% shortly after launch, moving him up thr rankings in search engines. This is a great result for Geoff!
N
Geoff has had more ideas he wants to add to his website and I have continued to bring his ideas to life. We have added a new service map, updating website content and continue to add more SEO tools and strategies to his website.
“Thanks to Natalie I now have a great website. She is very creative, she listens and knows her stuff. Don’t take my word for it take a look at my website – it’s awesome!
Geoff, Agas Plumber
